REGIONAL CONVENTION AND STAGE PRODUCTION
The convention brought together more than 450 guests from across the continent over five days, from the opening cocktail reception to the evening gatherings and closing moments.
The experience was organized as a complete journey: plenary room, logistics operations, relationship-building spaces and concierge service.
The plenary room incorporated a screen 16 metres wide and 4 metres high within wall-to-wall printed scenography 5 metres high.
