Box 1 · Operate
Protect the current capability that sustains everyday work.
GX LIVE MARKETING · LOCAL PREVIEW
A GX guide to sustain the present, let go of what no longer serves a purpose, and intentionally build a future capability.
SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE · METHOD
A framework to distinguish what must operate today, what needs to change, and the capability that does not yet exist.
The recovered source organizes innovation around three concurrent conversations. Its value is not in promising transformation, but in making explicit which part of the present is protected, which practice is reviewed, and which future merits a responsible trial.
This guide presents a framework for an initial conversation; each application requires its own context, scope, and validation.
READING PRINCIPLES
The principles are presented as a framework for design and review. They do not replace a specific recommendation, diagnosis, or implementation.
Protect the current capability that sustains everyday work.
Recognize habits, assumptions, or friction that no longer help move things forward.
Design a new capability and validate it before scaling it.
Allocate attention among the present, transition, and future consciously.
The recovered WordPress source frames three conversations that must coexist: care for what works today, reconsider what from the past constrains change, and explore what does not yet exist. The boxes are not a sequence completed once, nor three automatically approved projects. They distinguish decisions, responsibilities and criteria. Improving current delivery and exploring a new capability may need different resources; discussing that tension is part of the framework, not a promise to resolve it.
01
Identify what must keep working to deliver a coherent experience today. Review service quality, commitments, constraints and available capacity. This conversation improves an existing operation using evidence of its friction, without treating every improvement as reinvention. Protecting delivery does not mean keeping every habit forever: it means understanding what must not be interrupted while the other boxes generate learning.
02
Make visible the assumptions and habits that were once useful but may now limit an alternative. Distinguish a real constraint from a convention: not everything familiar should be abandoned. State which assumption is under review and what evidence would justify changing it. Letting go of a way of thinking does not mean deleting records, data, institutional knowledge or obligations. Preserving sources and commitments remains essential to a traceable decision.
03
Explore a capability or proposition that is not yet part of routine delivery. Describe whom it could benefit and the main uncertainty. Test that uncertainty through a small exploration, a prototype or a conversation, with clear scope and limits. An experiment is not a new operation: before growing it needs evidence, an owner and a separate decision about investment, integration and conditions of use.
Imagine a team already delivering a brand experience and considering a new interaction. This is an illustrative example, not an executed case. Box 1 protects current quality and responsibilities. Box 2 questions the assumption that every new request needs another physical support or screen. Box 3 tests whether a different interaction helps people understand and choose. The three conversations run concurrently; none bypasses feasibility, safety, accessibility or consent review.
The framework separates delivery improvements, assumption reviews and new explorations before choosing a project format. The links describe GX areas; they do not activate services or integrations.
Care for current delivery while reconsidering production habits and testing another form of participation. Distinguish the promise to participants from what is still a hypothesis.
Explore brand experiencesSeparate maintaining an existing experience from exploring a new capability. A future prototype does not replace support, accessibility or current operational responsibilities.
Explore digital solutionsBring the three conversations into a shared scope: what to preserve, which assumption to reconsider and what to test. Connect dependencies and owners without turning exploration into an authorized integration.
Return to Solution ArchitectureCoordinating the boxes does not require equal budgets or an invented universal allocation. Make available effort and the tension between delivery and exploration explicit. Review what has been learned before moving resources or turning a test into an operation. A useful output is a traceable decision, not a list of initiatives the team cannot sustain.
No. The framework proposes concurrent conversations. Current delivery needs care while assumptions are reviewed and the future is explored; each conversation keeps its own criteria.
No. It selectively reviews assumptions and habits. The past provides context and evidence; it does not authorize deleting sources, breaking commitments or abandoning something still needed.
No. First define a hypothesis and a bounded test. Its evidence informs a separate decision to continue, adjust or stop; it does not by itself demonstrate an operational capability.
